Si vous n'avez pas de OKA, vous pouvez le remplacer par du : OKA Classique ou du OKA L'Artisan

Pour all sauce ingredients in a mixer. Bring to a smooth and creamy mixture. Set aside. Slice loaves in two. Butter bottom piece. Place a leaf of lettuce and add slices of roast turkey breast on each Deli Sub. Add OKA cheese, in thin slices. Garnish with shredded carrots and raisins. Pour the sauce over and top with the second half of the bread. Serve with juice and raw vegetables.


Ingredients :
  • 7 ounces (200 g) OKA cheese
  • 1/2 lb or 8 slices (250 g) roast turkey breast
  • 4 small baguette type loaves
  • 1 cup (250 mL) carrots, shredded
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) butter
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) raisins
  • 4 leaves of green or red leaf lettuce
  • Sauce ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sesame oil 2 tbsp (30 mL) apple sauce
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) 35% cream 2 tbsp (30 mL) chives, minced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) apple juice 1/8 tsp (0.6 mL) salt
