Remove the crust from the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin. Brush both sides with butter and press each into one of 12, oven-ready, 6 oz (170g) ramekins or small bowls. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and cook for 12 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Portion out the ham, grated OKA and green onions and add these ingredients to the bowls. Make an indentation in each bowl. Delicately break an egg into each indentation. Salt and pepper to taste and garnish with 2 oz (60g) of grated cheese. Place the bowls in the oven and cook for approximately 18 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to taste.
